Join GoGlobal as a Senior Sales Executive for the Americas market, where you’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, events, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently updating CRM and reporting key metrics.
- Engage directly with C-level executives and other decision-makers to drive high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and solution alignment.
- Represent GoGlobal at client meetings and industry events (some travel required).
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
- Proven B2B Sales experience, ideally in professional services such as Global Expansion, Payroll, Accounting & Taxes or Outsourcing.
- Proficiency in building pipeline through multiple channels, including prospecting accounts, building and nurturing a network of referral partners, participating in events, leveraging an existing network of contacts, and any other creative, proactive activity that generates new leads.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and closing complex deals.
- Organized, Strategic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first global team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
