Junior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a skilled and motivated (Junior) Legal Counsel to join our Legal team at GoGlobal. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization. This position requires a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this fully remote role, you will get an opportunity to grow in international environment.  

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise MSAs, NDAs and other commercial agreements
• Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining legal templates and related policies and/or guidelines
• Prepare legal correspondence, notices, demand letters, and other documents
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various departments
• Conduct research on various legal matters as needed
• Perform other duties/responsibilities as requested by the company

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal counsel
• Previous experience in employer of the record, payroll, corporate or business services is an advantage
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Commercially focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams
• Experience with Office (Word, Excel), Office 365, SharePoint
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (written and spoken)
