Associate, Technology Operations

As an Associate, Technology Operations at GoGlobal, you will be part of our Tech Operations team, assisting in the efficient functioning of the technology in our company. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the processing of DocuSign requests and managing data relevant to the business. Providing support to the Tech Operations team as a Tech Ops team admin, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Assisting in ad hoc projects and performing other duties as required, which may include administrative tasks to support the team's objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and processing of DocuSign request system operations.
• Oversees the monthly fee instruction submission process for newly hired employees.
• Support the management of the technology in the company
• Performs data input tasks with accuracy and efficiency to be utilized by other teams
• Ensure important documents are saved in designated folders according to established procedures and protocols
• Assist the Tech Ops team in their day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in special projects as needed, contributing to the team's goals and objectives.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing documents, and organizing team events.
• Any other ad-hoc task as and when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Prior experience in administrative role or a related field is a plus.
