As a Global Account Manager, you will own selected global accounts, build trusted relationships, and coordinate with regional sales and support teams to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global clients
- Utilize global account management skills to execute sales plans
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to the organization
- Effectively utilize the solution sales process and CRM to build and manage a customer opportunity pipeline
- Create and maintain a monthly overview of the biggest opportunities, projects won, and topics within GA customers in EMEA & CALA
- Develop and execute account sales plans to capture market share, meeting regional and global revenue goals, gross margin targets, and other key metrics
