The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that a high standard of service is delivered to clients through the effective and efficient use of strategies and other resources. You must apply a wide range of tools to plan, analyze, and oversee the department’s performance to ensure development.

TASKS:

  • Helping in promoting the company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Developing and leading the top-performing teams by extensive and consistent coaching
  • Ensuring internal processes are being implemented and adhered to by performing quality control and monitoring KPIs
  • Training and supporting the operations planning process, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform the job
  • Planning and executing strategic initiatives to achieve growth through customer focus and collaboration, driving revenue volume through targeted business plans
  • Creating and monitoring projects for the team while supporting the CEO and the executive team’s vision and process ideals
  • Supporting all functions of the business to work together

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager
  • Experience working remotely is Highly Preferred
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships quickly; to gain respect and influence with key clients or internal business contacts
  • Ready to handle a myriad of tasks depending on business needs
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral)
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Systems and GSuite
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a focus on flawless execution and attention to detail
  • US Healthcare Experience is a Must
  • Medical experience is preferred
  • Open to working night shifts

    • Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB
    • Computer Operating System: At least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
    • Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature
    • Camera: Capable of a clear and crisp video output
  • BACK-UP SYSTEM
    • OPTION 1 (BACKUP SYSTEM):
      • Computer Processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
      • Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB
      • Computer Operating System: at least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
      • Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature (Optional)
    • OPTION 2 (POWER SUPPLY - UPS):
      • Must be capable of powering your work station for at least 3 hours
      • Typically a device with 240Wh or higher will be sufficient
      • Must be capable of accepting all the plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment (device, monitor, modem, cell phone if using as internet backup)
  • PRIMARY INTERNET CONNECTION
    • DSL / Fiber Connection - Minimum of 100mb/s contracted
  • BACK-UP INTERNET CONNECTION
    • Minimum of 20mb/s (Cell)
