We are looking for a DataOps to join our Team.
Requirements:
- Experience writing complex queries in SQL – 3 years;
- Experience creating complex processes using Python – 2 years;
- Relevant degree or studies (Information Systems / Industrial Engineering /etc);
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution;
- Self-learner, responsible and independent;
- English at very high level and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop, and optimize data integration pipelines and data aggregations;
- Work closely with business, data, product and tech teams;
- Coding in Python, SQL and light BASH;
- Orchestration in Jenkins and Airflow;
- End-to-end responsibility for processes – design, develop, test, monitor;
- Share responsibilities of DBA, managing 2 large and complex Vertica Database clusters;
- Monitoring and troubleshooting issues such as slowness in the cluster, heavy load, and slow queries;
- Includes sharing on-call duties with team members in case of production incidents.
