Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology (MBA a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in food ingredients
- Deep technological application knowledge in food segments/categories
- Sales experience in a multicultural geographical zone (preferably EMEA)
- Communicative, proactive, analytical thinking, supportive skills, and dedication to sell added value ingredient specialties
- Management, leadership, and team player skills
- Perfect English, prepared to travel (min. 30% travel ratio)
