You’ll join a team supporting multiple US and international clients — handling anything from restaurant bookings and travel research to email coordination and project support.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and fulfill a variety of client requests on a daily basis
- Communicate clearly with clients via email, chat, and phone
- Research, vet, and recommend options for client needs (bookings, vendors, info)
- Use AI tools to draft communications and speed up research
- Document all tasks and maintain accurate records for team visibility
What we're looking for?
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Open to working shifting schedules (Day / Night / Graveyard)
- Has or is willing to invest in a noise-canceling headset
- Laptop/PC with at least i5 processor and 8GB RAM
- Willing to undergo a 5-day paid training program
- Willing to complete a 6-hour pre-employment skills assessment
- Experience in BPO, CS, admin, or VA roles
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Example: GSuite, Notion, Asana and etc.)
- Regular use of AI tools for work or personal productivity
