This position exists to establish and expand the company's LinkedIn presence as part of their B2B marketing strategy. The role focuses on creating and implementing social media strategies that will increase brand visibility, engage with industry professionals, and support the company's position as a thought leader in the prepaid solutions space. This strategic hire will help build and maintain the company's professional online presence while driving meaningful engagement with target audiences.

LinkedIn Strategy & Management- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Create engaging content for target audience
- Monitor and grow follower count
- Track engagement metrics
- Optimize page performance
- Plan and create professional content
- Manage social media calendar

- Maintain brand voice and messaging
- Track key performance indicators
- Analyze engagement metrics using LinkedIn Insights
- Generate performance reports

Requirements
- Proven LinkedIn management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful LinkedIn campaigns (Required)
- Experience with LinkedIn Insights and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Demonstrated social media growth success
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Content creation expertise
- Understanding of B2B social media

- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 20 hours a week
- $7 per hour
