Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in insurance follow-up, eligibility verification, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Experience with AR follow-up, claims resolution, and payer portals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute with no more than 3 errors
