Gensuki is a fast - growing project, focused on building innovative solutions across DeFi and NFT ecosystems. We are looking for a result-driven CMO to lead our marketing vision and scale our global presence.

ROLE OVERVIEW.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with strong expertise in product marketing, and proven experience working with DeFi and NFT projects. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field and understands Web3 audiences, growth strategies, and community-driven marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Gensuki’s vision
→ Lead brand positioning, product marketing, and user acquisition campaigns
→ Manage and grow Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter/X, Telegram)
→ Plan and oversee NFT and DeFi campaign launches
→ Collaborate with product and development teams to align marketing with product growth
→ Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
→ Build partnerships with influencers, projects, and ecosystems in Web3
→ Lead and scale the marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS

→ Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Web3
→ Proven track record working with DeFi and NFT projects Strong understanding of crypto markets, trends, and user behavior
→ Experience in growth marketing, branding, and community building
→ Excellent leadership and communication skills
→ Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
token/collectible launches, and on-chain ownership verification.
