The Role & Department

This is a great opportunity to become part of a successful and fast-growing Danish biotech company, gaining insights in the broad field of Talent Management in a truly global context while working with a strong purpose to change lives of patients with cancer and other serious diseases.

You will join Global Talent Management which is Genmab’s HR Community of Expertise (CoE) with global responsibility for Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Succession, Engagement, Performance Management and Onboarding. You will report to the Global Head of Talent Management and work in close collaboration within the GTM team while becoming part of a vibrant and global HR network across CoE areas, HR Business Partner areas across our sites in Denmark, the Netherlands, US, and Japan.

As Student Worker in Global Talent Management, you will become part of an engaged and experienced group of dedicated HR colleagues. You will primarily work to support the GTM team members, and we will, in addition, make sure you also get identified tasks you can own and drive at your own speed.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assist with coordination of our global development programs incl. Global Orientation for new hires and contact with our vendors supporting leadership development

  • Create and maintain our internal SharePoint sites

  • Support the continued development of our global learning platform which includes some administrative work in our Learning Management system to keep things up to date

  • Assist with preparing presentations and other material

  • And much, much more as we continue to grow and strengthen our foundation with solid processes, automation, and data

Requirements

  • You are probably in the final year of your Bachelor’s degree or in the first year of your Master’s degree studying Business Administration with an edge around sociology, psychology, communication, leadership and related

  • You have strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to transform conclusions into key messages with a great visual

  • You are analytical and navigate easily in Excel

  • You know that the devil is in the detail and have great pride in your work

  • You enjoy taking ownership, are self-driven with the ability to work independently when required

  • You are fluent in English (speaking and writing)

  • You have a can-do-attitude and have a humble approach to people and tasks (tasks range from simple to complex)

  • We expect you are highly reliable with a flexible approach to whatever work you undertake, that you have the ability to take initiative, and to prioritize and to organize your workload
