  • Build, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships to ensure consistent coordination and seamless deployment.

Executive-Level Communication

  • Deliver concise and accurate updates to leaders and executives, highlighting progress, risks, mitigations, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present materials including slide decks, data summaries, written documentation, and dashboard reports.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards, metrics, and workstream reports.
  • Ensure accurate monitoring of progress, performance, and readiness indicators.

Technical & Operational Tools

  • Utilize MS Office Suite—Excel, Project, PowerPoint—to support planning, reporting, and communication needs.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive electronic health records (EHR) support outcome-based functional capability of an assigned product management workstream across any phase of EHR implementation
