As an integral part of Gearset’s marketing team, you’ll take ownership of our community management, public relations, and brand reputation strategies. Your mission: establish Gearset as the enterprise DevOps and agentic change platform. Shape how the world sees Gearset, by crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in marketing with a focus on PR, community management or brand communications, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A track record of executing high-impact PR campaigns
- Ran community engagement initiatives or has extensive client-facing experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage with media, industry influencers, and community partners.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and optimising brand awareness, engagement, and reputation metrics.
