Review and coach junior team members, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to methodology
Liaise directly with UK client finance teams to resolve audit queries and maintain momentum
Prepare clear, well-structured working papers and audit deliverables within agreed timelines

Confident user of CaseWare, CCH, or comparable UK audit software
Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder-management capability in a remote, UK-aligned environment
Based in South Africa or Zimbabwe, with reliable infrastructure to support UK delivery hours
Advantageous Experience
Exposure to charities, public sector, or other regulated entities alongside housing associations
Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements during UK peak periods
Proven ability to operate autonomously while aligning to UK engagement team expectations
