As a co-founder, you will be responsible for the technical direction of the company and will work closely with the founder to define the product roadmap and make strategic decisions. You will lead a lean, high-leverage technical team and be responsible for building and implementing the technical strategy for our AI staffing platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Direct experience with voice systems, conversational AI, or real-time AI workflows
- Experience deploying LLM-powered systems into production
- Capability to architect and implement the strategy for building and self-hosting custom models over time
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering, human-in-the-loop systems, and edge-case management
- Experience building service-heavy or managed platforms
- Comfort working closely with business leadership and owning delivery outcomes
