The Role:We’re seeking aTeam Leadto oversee a high-performing group responsible for completing a large volume of daily tasks with tight turnaround times. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead with clarity and composure. You’ll be accountable for maintaining workflow efficiency, troubleshooting challenges in real-time, and driving team performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of a task-driven team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is upheld
Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively based on urgency, team capacity, and impact
Monitor workflows and adjust strategies as needed to meet daily and weekly goals
Serve as the first point of escalation for time-sensitive issues and troubleshoot on the fly
Support team development through coaching, training, and performance feedback
Track key performance metrics and report progress to leadership regularly
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team productivity
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume or deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and team deliverables with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable to quality and performance standards
Proficiency with task and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce, or similar CRMs)
Working knowledge of video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
Understanding of database management, email workflows, and cross-departmental collaboration
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through to ensure the timely completion of all tasks and projects
