Software Engineer (Golang/NodeJS/Python)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services using Golang and Node.js to support core business functions and platform operations.
• Maintain and enhance existing platform services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Contribute to system architecture design and develop monitoring tools for performance optimization.
• Bonus: Support AI feature development using Python, including LLM techniques such as RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend development focus.
• Proficiency in Golang and Node.js programming and production-grade web service development.
• Strong curiosity and adaptability - ability to learn and switch between different programming languages and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills - effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members across the platform team.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Experience with Python and familiarity with LLM concepts like RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.
