Function Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to work remotely in the US. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, drive enrollment, and guide renewal and expansion. Key responsibilities include demonstrating and maximizing client value, collaborating cross-functionally, and championing client advocacy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or client-facing role in a high-growth startup
- Expertise with employee benefits, particularly health/wellness programs
- Experience driving B2B2C enrollment, including designing and implementing campaigns
- Background in the healthcare, wellness, public health, or benefits industry
- Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency and extend capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, juggle multiple accounts, and maximize client retention and expansion
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and clear in both verbal and written communication
- Resourceful and proactive, with an owner's mentality and a growth mindset
