Fulcrum is looking for a VP of Sales to join our company.

Separate Sales Vertical
Establish a new vertical within the company to meet revenue targets. The ideal scenario involves creating a vertical focused on outstaffing services in the healthcare sector for mature and enterprise-level companies. However, we are open to various setups based on the vertical leader's background, network, and vision for accelerating revenue growth.

Main responsibilities:
— Utilize prior experience to create a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new services and markets, particularly focusing on outstaffing services for healthcare and enterprise-level companies;
— Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape;
— Implement the sales strategy within the agreed deadlines, ensuring all activities are aligned with the company’s revenue goals;
— Oversee the development and execution of targeted outbound campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement;
— Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing sales team capable of executing the sales strategy and achieving set goals;
— Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement and success;
— Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue goals.

Requirements

Requirements:
— Experience in closing six-figure deals in Software Development;
— Proven track record of establishing sales and marketing strategies that significantly multiplied company revenue;
— Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to potential clients;
— Strong network within the tech industry, especially with enterprise-level and mature companies;
— Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team;
— Expertise in identifying market trends and opportunities to position the company’s services competitively;
— Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive repeat business;
— Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive sales plans;
— Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving revenue targets;
— Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and optimize sales processes;
— Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

At Fulcrum we always find a way, also, we are courageously honest and we most certainly give a damn.

A long time ago (2018 to be precise), before the global pandemic, the war in our country, and the unnecessary prequel to Lord of the Rings, there was a team of young entrepreneurs from Kyiv that was about to create a development company from scratch. It’s impossible to operate a business without a website in the XXI century, so first thing first, choose a domain name.

We’d love to tell you how meticulous and thorough this process was, but it wouldn’t be true. A cool domain for 15 bucks was found by our CEO Ihor, that domain was develop.fulrum.rocks. In essence, it represented our desire to work and rock’n’roll.

As time passed, things changed and gained new meanings. We stumbled upon an English translation of a famous Archimedes quote:

“Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.” —Archimedes 287 BC – 212 BC

It’s the guy who shouted “Eureka!” every time he had a bright idea, and he had quite a lot of those. It’s sort of a must to become one of the leading scientists of classical antiquity. The word “fulcrum” started to grow on us in the light of this expanded meaning.

The notion of making a difference in the world inspired us and made us feel like what we do matters. Fulcrum has now taken on the mission to “Turn ideas that inspire into products that help”
