4 or 5 day workweeks
You can choose to work 4 or 5 days a week. The compensation scales linearly with the amount of days you end up working (e.g. 80% for 4-day work week).
Open source
While our core is closed source, everything that is ran directly by our customers is open source. We contribute back to open source where we can, and we open source our own libraries and tools where we can.
