Business Development Lead – Remote (US Based)

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced BDR to accelerate that growth by starting sales conversations with senior leaders at the world’s most influential companies.

We’ve created over 1,700 video-based lessons that feature more F500 execs, Ivy League academics, and best-selling authors than any other leadership solution on the market.

What you’ll do

• Open doors at iconic companies –Run creative, thoughtful outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to book sales meetings with senior executives.
• Learn how consultative selling works – Research companies, identify the right stakeholders, and build tailored outbound strategies – not spammy email blasts.
• Work closely with experienced sales leaders – Collaborate with a sales director and leadership to get coaching and see how deals move through a sales pipeline.

What you’ll need

• 1+ years of sales outreach experience
• Experience running tailored outbound campaigns with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn
• A competitive mindset with a track record of exceeding goals
• Familiarity with Salesforce and outreach tools such as Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Compensation

$80,000 base salary, $110,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
