Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role at a SaaS or technology company — customer support, sales operations, account management, or similar.
- Excellent written English.
- Proactive and ambitious.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
- Available 12:00 – 4:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday.
