United States onlyThe California College Guidance Initiative (CCGI) is looking for an analyst to join the team that supports Local Education Agencies (LEAs) as they implement transcript-informed functionality on CaliforniaColleges.edu. The Data Services District Data Support Analyst will oversee the receipt, processing, troubleshooting and data validity reviews of district transcript files.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Math, Information Technology related major or equivalent professional experience.
- At least two years of cumulative professional experience.
- At least three years experience with K-12 or higher education transcript data sets.
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience working with and analyzing complex data files and file formats.
- High level of comfort working with large data sets using text editors and SQL or similar language to query Transcript files.
- Familiarity with one or more K-12 student information systems (SIS), such as PowerSchool, Aeries, Infinite Campus, Synergy, etc., is required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical documentation.
