As Counsel, you will help shape our Company’s long-term strategy, and drive its mission of providing access to capital for under-served small businesses.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as an attorney in a litigation role.
- Experience writing briefs and doing caselaw research.
- Strong attention to detail and issue-spotting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior attorneys, management, fellow employees and external counsel.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
- Effective in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to juggle multiple workstreams and pivot quickly.
- Ability to solicit, receive, and implement feedback with the goal of relentless improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
