The Manufacturing Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable test and calibration processes for Fluke products. This role operates with moderate to high autonomy and influences operational performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, test engineering, or operations-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting capability, ideally supported by prior technician, test, or manufacturing engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including factory flow, production constraints, and the realities of running sustained operations.
- Demonstrated ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, data analysis, corrective/preventive action).
- Working knowledge of analog and digital circuit design and test principles.
- Experience analyzing data and using statistical tools to inform engineering decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical problems clearly and concisely to cross-site stakeholders.
- Self-directed, accountable, and effective in a metric- and goal-driven environment.
