Job Summary:

Fort Health is seeking a Mental Health Outreach Coordinator (Contractor) to support our growth by engaging pediatric practices and scheduling meetings for our Account Managers. This role requires exceptional communication skills, as the coordinator will be responsible for making outbound calls, building relationships with pediatricians and office staff, and managing smaller practices (four PCPs or fewer).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively conduct outbound calls to pediatric practices to introduce Fort Health’s services and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
  • Communicate effectively with pediatricians, practice managers, and office staff to build strong relationships and encourage engagement.
  • Manage and support assigned small practices (four PCPs or fewer), ensuring a seamless experience and addressing any inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, follow-ups, and meeting schedules in Fort Health’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback from practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade healthcare professionals.
    • Must have sales experience
    • Experience in customer service, or healthcare outreach preferred.
    • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
