IL Licensed Child/Adolescent Therapist

  • 1099 Role! Minimum of 5 hours per week, with no maximum limit. You can increase your hours as much as you’d like.
  • Fully remote role and team
  • Customizable caseload: build your own schedule
  • Referral Program: When you refer someone to work with us, you'll receive $ when they start, and another $ on their 1-year anniversary!
  • FT: $500
  • PT: $250
  • 1099: $125

Needed Coverage:

  • Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm CT
  • Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm CT

Rate: Flat rate for each appointment completed, determined by the CPT code submitted.

  1. 90791 (55 minute Initial Assessment): $85
  2. 90837 (55 minute Patient Session): $85
  3. 90834 (45 minute Patient Session): $60
  4. 90846 (30 minute Family Session): $60
  5. 90832 (30 minute Patient Session): $40

Note: Documentation & Admin time are figured into these rates.

Late Cancellations: Paid 50% of scheduled visit rate for No Shows or Late Cancellations occurring up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

What We're Looking For

  1. Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in IL (multiple state licenses preferred).
  2. Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
  4. Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members
  5. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
  6. Must reside in the US
