Needed Coverage:
- Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm CT
- Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm CT
Rate: Flat rate for each appointment completed, determined by the CPT code submitted.
- 90791 (55 minute Initial Assessment): $85
- 90837 (55 minute Patient Session): $85
- 90834 (45 minute Patient Session): $60
- 90846 (30 minute Family Session): $60
- 90832 (30 minute Patient Session): $40
Note: Documentation & Admin time are figured into these rates.
Late Cancellations: Paid 50% of scheduled visit rate for No Shows or Late Cancellations occurring up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

What We're Looking For
- Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in IL (multiple state licenses preferred).
- Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
- Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members
- Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
- Must reside in the US
