NLP Data Scientist [Internal]

FocusKPI is looking for a NLP Data Scientistto join our internal product team.

FocusKPI is at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies into practical business applications. Our mission is to revolutionize how businesses operate by harnessing the power of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance productivity and decision-making processes. We're building a state-of-the-art SaaS platform designed for business users to streamline their daily work and unlock new opportunities through AI.

As an Intern NLP Data Scientist, you will develop and refine our Large Language Models tailored for business applications. Working closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and software developers, you will ensure our AI solutions seamlessly integrate with existing business flows and deliver unmatched value to our users. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of a cutting-edge SaaS platform that empowers business professionals to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into AI-driven solutions that integrate with current business processes.

• Design, develop, and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) to address specific business challenges, focusing on usability, scalability, and effectiveness.

• Partner with software developers to integrate AI models into our cloud-based platform, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Handle data responsibly, ensuring the collection, processing, and storage of data comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

• Continuously research and stay abreast of the latest trends in Generative AI, applying innovative approaches to enhance our AI offerings.

• Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from conception through deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

• Work alongside UX/UI designers to ensure the AI solutions are accessible and user-friendly, enhancing the overall user experience of our SaaS platform.

• Assist in developing documentation and support materials to facilitate user adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks/libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of SaaS architecture principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
