How will your daily work look like?
Organizing and running projects independently
Cooperating with Clients and our interdisciplinary team (Analytics, Research, Strategy, Content Writing, Design, Development)
Overseeing day-to-day project execution
Overseeing projects in terms of timeliness, budget, information flow, organization, and task execution
Providing services to our Clients to cover all relevant business needs and objectives
Managing budgets and creating reports
What qualifications do you need to join us?
2+ years of experience in Project Management
Good Project Management background and a very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience in leading digital projects using agile methodologies
Experience in managing a team of Designers
Experience in managing a team of UX Researchers will be a plus
Understanding of business objectives and how to set up a project so it can be executed within the timeframe and budget
Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies
High level of ownership and responsibility for the execution of assigned projects
Proactive attitude, figuring things out
Ability to manage priorities and risks
Effective communication with our Team and Clients
Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (B2/C1+)
Desire to learn and grow while working on challenging projects
Knowing how to single-handedly run Development projects (even small ones) will be a plus
How does the team look like?
You will join our 6-person PMO team led by Agnieszka Lewkowicz - Head of PMO. You will be reporting directly to Agnieszka.
