Fluxergy

Fluxergy is a medical technology company that has developed the first and only open, multimodal point-of-care diagnostic testing platform. Headquartered in Irvine, California, with a European presence in Germany, Fluxergy's innovative system enables molecular (PCR), clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology testing on a single benchtop analyzer.

The company's platform consists of three key components: the Fluxergy Analyzer, a portable instrument that processes test cards; the Fluxergy Test Card, a single-use microfluidic cartridge designed with proprietary printed circuit board manufacturing techniques; and FluxergyWorks, cloud-based software that connects up to 256 analyzers for centralized data management. Founded in 2011 with funding from Kingston Technology co-founder John Tu, Fluxergy launched commercially in 2013 and has since expanded to over 65,000 square feet of research and manufacturing facilities in Irvine. The company serves human health markets through respiratory and infectious disease testing, as well as animal health markets with equine diagnostics. Fluxergy's technology aims to democratize laboratory testing by making diagnostic services more accessible and affordable at the point of care.
