We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join our Tokyo-based team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our market-leading technology and the unique needs of significant FX and multi-asset participants in the region. You will drive client acquisition, ensure "best-in-class" satisfaction, and act as the technical face of Fluent in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Technical Advisory: Lead technical workshops and deep-dive sessions with prospects and clients.
- Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements into integrated technical solutions using Fluent’s product suite.
- Gap Analysis: Identify technical gaps and suggest components or integrations to ensure a perfect fit for the client's ecosystem.
- Sales Partnership: Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to articulate Fluent’s competitive advantages based on specific client "pain points."
- Project Leadership: Act as the focal Technical Account Manager, managing delivery timelines and project status reports for management.
Requirements
- Expertise: Deep technical understanding of financial markets e-Trading software, workflows, networks, and infrastructure.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid experience in FX markets and complementary asset classes (Futures, Commodities, Fixed Income).
- Languages: Native Japanese speaker with Fluent English (essential for global collaboration).
- Leadership: Proven ability to engage prospects, define precise technical requirements, and lead implementation projects.
- Skills: Exceptional Project Management and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
