The Senior Director/Director, Head of Strategic Execution & Management, Corporate Strategy is a senior member of the Corporate Strategy department responsible for overseeing the company's overall business strategy.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or a business organization in a role related to corporate strategy and planning.
• Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
