As an early member of the sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in introducing Fiona to dental offices and helping them understand how AI can increase patient satisfaction and unlock new growth.
About the Role
We’re seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying dental practices for Fiona — and scheduling high-quality demos for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities
- Prospect new leads through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and follow-up campaigns
- Qualify inbound leads from conferences, events, and marketing campaigns
- Book product demos for Account Executives and manage handoffs smoothly
- Personalize outreach to office managers, practice owners, and DSO leadership
- Maintain and update activity in HubSpot and outreach tools
- Hit weekly targets for outreach, connections, and scheduled demos
- Help refine sales messaging based on prospect feedback
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to identify high-potential audiences
Requirements
- 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience (preferably SaaS or dental tech)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments
- Strong attention to detail — you’ll be the first impression for many prospects
- Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, or Apollo a plus
- Bonus: Experience selling into dental practices or DSOs
