Flossy is building the future of dental office operations through Fiona, our AI dental receptionist. By streamlining front desk workflows and transforming the way practices handle calls, scheduling, and patient intake, we’re helping dental teams focus more on care.

We’re a fast-growing startup backed by leading investors, and we’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive (AE) to join our team and help us scale.

The Role

As an Account Executive at Flossy, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — with a focus on driving new business from dental practices and groups. You’ll partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless experience for prospects and customers.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth startup where you’ll make a direct impact on shaping our sales process, customer relationships, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations of Fiona, tailored to the needs of dental practices and groups.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.

  • Track and forecast pipeline, activity, and results using our CRM.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Represent Flossy at industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and build relationships.

  • Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Leadership to help shape our roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related field (startup experience a plus).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong presentation and demo skills, especially with non-technical buyers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from the ground up.

  • Self-starter with high energy and a passion for helping customers succeed.
