The role involves working with a team to collect data, manage metrics, and provide client service support.
Requirements
- Work closely with the Global Partnership Managers and Director
- Assist in event data collection and communicate effectively
- Understand and contribute towards exceeding department and partner goals
- Evaluate current processes and propose adjustments
- Ensure processes are clearly documented and socialized
