Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in backend or data engineering
- 2+ years in a people management or tech lead role
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with delivery
- Passion for mentoring engineers and fostering high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of modern event-driven microservices and real-time stream processing architectures
- Strong backend engineering experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience deploying and managing production systems on AWS
- Proficiency with CI/CD processes and observability best practices
