We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Complex Care Operations Manager to join our team and help us continue our journey as one of the UK's leading Healthcare Tech Specialists.

The Complex Care Operations Manager will play an essential role in overseeing the smooth running of our complex care operations. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, care providers, and clients to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strong leadership to the care team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
    • Lead and motivate staff to deliver person-centred care that meets individual needs and promotes independence.
    • Support with out of hours provision as required.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing care services in the UK.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain and improve the quality of care provided.
    • Implement and monitor policies and procedures to guarantee a safe and effective care environment.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
    • Address and resolve concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, health professionals, and local authorities to enhance service delivery.
  • Recruitment and Training
    • Oversee the recruitment process for care staff, ensuring the selection of qualified and compassionate individuals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the care team.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet operational needs.
    • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost efficiency without compromising on quality.

Requirements

Previous TDDI Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Previous experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or social care sector.

A relevant qualification in health and social care (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).

Strong understanding of UK care regulations and standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven experience in financial management and budget control.

Proficient in logistics and rota planning

Proficient in using computer systems and software

Flexibility to travel as required
