We’re dedicated to creating lasting relationships with florists across the UK and US, whilst taking orders from loyal customers in 114 different countries.
We are looking for a vibrant, creative and experienced Multi-channel Marketer who can take the lead on all things brand, communications and growth. We need an ambitious, proactive manager to help us amplify our brand, communicate our stories in an engaging way and accelerate customer acquisition and loyalty.
Working closely with the CEO, you will play a fundamental role in developing and delivering effective communication and growth strategies for Floom. You will be able to synthesise our goals and create a compelling strategy and execute to meet the business objectives, in line with our brand vision. Alongside being a techy-savvy analytical thinker, you will also be responsible for managing both the CRM, social, copy and creative functions of the business.
You will lead the way in maximising opportunity of all marketing channels, both online and offline, and establishing new ones. You will be data driven, smart and creative with expertise developing engaging, customer-obsessed content.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of core growth KPIs such as: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC ROAS.
- Experience with creating, testing and reporting across strategies, creative and landing pages.
- You are a digital expert, super creative and global in your outlook. UK & US market experience desirable
- You are a master of clear communication - written and verbal.
- You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a complex, rapidly evolving business.
- You are extremely data driven and therefore proficient with Google Sheet/Excel formulas.
- You are comfortable with Content Management Systems of all types and can create anything from landing pages to email templates without concern.
- Ideally experienced with Rakuten, Emarsys and Meta Ads.
First 6 months responsibilities:
- You’ll be hands on with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, SEM, Affiliate and CRM (email & Text) and create indepth growth strategies for each.
- Plan the 2024 Q3 & Q4 Marketing calendar to reach agreed company objectives - including campaigns, activations, partnerships and collaborations, media planning, and social media growth
- Analyse the existing funnels and set a strategy to better site conversion by 50%
- Create a list of ideal affiliate partnerships and concepts to help grow affiliate conversion by 110%, whilst strengthening existing deals and their content options
- Analyse current CRM flows and propose, create and strengthen the retention plan for better conversion by 2025
