Flock is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, administration and continuous improvement of its global benefits programs. The Benefits Manager will report to the VP, Total Rewards, and will be responsible for leading benefits efforts in delivering a high-quality employee experience while maintaining strong operational rigor and compliance.
