Brand Marketing Leader - Branding & Product Launches (Contract)

We’re looking for a rock star contract marketing expert to help us build and launch a product brand. The ideal candidate has an extensive portfolio of marketing launches, experience building brand authenticity and extensive product marketing knowledge to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the launch of new branding efforts, taking ownership of the creative design and executing strategies to drive cohesion, awareness and ultimately conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the needs and goals of the new brand.
- Lead existing marketing team to execute and deploy a new marketing launch.
- Creatively drive branding and build an authentic GTM product marketing plan.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and advertising materials.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Guerilla marketing experience required, crypto / web3 marketing experience is a major plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Project Scope:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the launch of a new brand from inception to execution. Key deliverables include:
- Development of a comprehensive marketing plan outlining strategies and tactics for achieving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals while activating our existing marketing team for outcomes.
- Creation of high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and advertising materials.
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimization of strategies accordingly.
- Identification and pursuit of opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and other collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
