Flipp’s Shopper Consideration Platform allows retailers and manufacturers to create digital experiences from their savings & deals content. These experiences help Shoppers decide what to buy and where to buy it. Flipp then connects those retailer and manufacturer experiences to millions of shoppers through Flipp’s owned and operated channels.

The Marketing Science Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor for Flipp's business development and product teams, providing support to Retail, Brand, and Publisher partners. They will derive insights from data, formulate business actions and strategies based on these insights. They will also effectively communicate and coordinate plans with the Flipp account team to drive alignments with external retailers, CPG companies, and publishers, ultimately advancing business objectives.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

  • Use various data tools like SQL, Scala, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc., to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data for analysis on marketing performance
  • Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and share insights across the business
  • Communicate complex business and analytical ideas to Flipp team members, including senior sales and product team members
  • Design, execute, and analyze tests such as A/B testing and incremental lift analysis, and communicate results to clients to prove channel performance
  • Build and enhance team knowledge by sharing best practices and case studies

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing projects cross functionally with applied analytics towards business problems
  • Highly organized with great time management skills - able to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • A passion for constant improvement - always looking to do things better
  • A quick learner with an open minded perspective to understand Flipp’s disciplined approach
  • Self-starter, highly effective working both independently and within a team
  • Degree in a quantitative related majors such as Statistics, Mathematics or Economic is preferred
  • Understanding of Retail, CPG, loyalty and consumer analysis is preferred
