We're building an AI-native private bank for business owners, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead a team of 7–9 IC BDRs and report directly to our Head of Sales Development.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a BDR or SDR yourself before moving into leadership
  • Prior experience leading a BDR or SDR team as a manager, team lead, or player-coach
  • A track record of coaching reps to quota and managing pipeline metrics
  • Fintech background strongly preferred
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
