Senior Jira Expert - Software Integrator

We are looking for a Senior Jira Expert - Software Integrator to join our team of Integrators Consultants in Cairo, Egypt and to work mainly in Enterprise Implementation Environments (Banks, Telecom, Airlines, Governments, etc.) with main focus on Atlassian and Jira related projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Implement Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management & related Atlassian products for Infosysta Clients as a complete solution such as Collaboration Solution, Tracking System, Agile Project Management, SDLC/ALM, DevOps, Task Management, and more.
• Configure & Integrate Jira & related Atlassian products with Client systems.
• Provide Customer Support on-site or remote with high Quality of Service on Atlassian. Products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).
• Collaborate actively with Developers & Technical Analysts in Infosysta in order to deliver the final project for Clients.
• Accountable on high Quality of Service and Customer satisfaction.
• Collect functional and technical requirements from Client when needed and write the technical specifications document.
• Install, configure and run different tools integrated with Jira & Confluence.
• Functional & Technical administration of Jira and Confluence.
• Manage log files, analyze them, and perform summaries to extract any relevant problems.
• Handle the Test & validation as QA of Infosysta Products & Add-ons.
• Write summary reports & Minutes of Meetings with clear action plans.
• Undertake any other duties that may be considered appropriate.
• SQL debugging of Databases (Oracle, MSSQL or MySQL).

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor of Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Relevant experience of at least 2 years as Java Developer and Implementer of enterprise systems.
• Expertise in Jira administration and/or implementation.
• Business Process engineering skills. Expertise in designing ALM / SDLC / ITSM / BPM workflows.
• Relevant technical skills: Active Directory, Linux, Web App, DB Servers.
• Coding in Java, REST APIs and Web Services.
• Scripting (Shell, command line windows, etc.).
• Flexible to work with high efficiency remotely or on client site.
• ITIL certification is a big plus.
• PMP certification is a big plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills. Proficient in English, writing & verbal.
• Self-Organized with Project Management skills to work alone or within a team on Client site or remotely.
• Customer oriented with good understanding of milestones deliverables and SLAs.
• Flexible to adapt quickly to short and different projects.
• Motivated to integrate a dynamic team.
• Agile attitude methodologies Kanban / Scrum are a big plus.
• Willingness to travel to GCC on project basis.
