Position Overview
Flatgigs is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through meticulous testing and validation processes. You will collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user expectations and business requirements.

Requirements

• Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications based on requirements.
2. Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
3. Document and track issues in a bug tracking system and communicate findings effectively to the development team.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of development.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving QA processes.
6. Assist in the automation of testing processes where applicable.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
3. Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
4. Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems.
5. Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Basic knowledge of automation testing frameworks is a plus.
