This is not a single-product role.
You will own three distinct but connected product lines — and make sure they don’t just exist, but actually work together, scale, and win in the market.
- API Platform (core business, high-impact, revenue-driving)
- Mobility Platform (IITS) (government-led deployments + enterprise use cases)
- Navigation Product (Google Maps-based solution)
You’ll sit right in the middle of tech, business, and market reality — translating vision into execution.
What You’ll Own
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive the roadmap across all three product lines
- Prioritize features based on real market needs (not internal assumptions)
- Align product direction with business goals and revenue opportunities
2. Market & Domain Understanding
- Bring strong exposure to traffic monitoring / mobility / smart city ecosystems
- Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts (especially in public sector ecosystems)
- Validate product-market fit continuously through real-world feedback
3. Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the bridge between engineering, business, and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear product specs and tech requirements
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and scalable delivery
4. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Work with government entities, enterprise clients, and internal leadership
- Handle high-stakes conversations with clarity and confidence
- Ensure product direction aligns with client expectations and deployment realities
5. Documentation & Communication
- Own business-level documentation: PRDs, roadmaps, use cases, and proposals
- Communicate complex ideas in a simple, structured way
- Bring clarity when things get messy (because they will)
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years in Product Management / Product Leadership
- Strong experience in traffic monitoring, mobility tech, ITS, or smart city ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage multiple products simultaneously
- Experience working with APIs and platform-based products
- Strong understanding of government or enterprise deployments
- Excellent communication — both written and verbal
- Ability to move between strategy and execution without getting lost in either
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience with navigation systems / geospatial products / Google Maps integrations
- Exposure to public sector projects or smart city initiatives
- Strong commercial thinking — not just product, but business impact
