Flagright is looking for a Founding Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts and attract world-class talent across multiple functions. The role involves executing full-cycle hiring, coaching and mentoring the recruitment team, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with prior leadership and mentoring experience
- Experience hiring GTM & sales talent (AEs, BDRs, etc.)
- Experience working in organizations with merit-based hiring practices
- Experience and proactive in using AI tools to automate workflows and operate at a high level of efficiency
- Proven ability to attract world-class talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted with confidential information
- Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities independently
