About the Role

We’re looking for a regional marketing co-ordinatorwho is ready to join our fast growth and high energy company while deepening their marketing skills.

As a regional marketing coordinator, you will support our growing team of regional and demand gen marketers in Europe. You’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of exciting integrated marketing programs from in person events to digital campaigns. This position requires strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for organisational proficiency and project management. This is a great opportunity with a ton of growth potential.

This is a full-time position based out of our Dublin office or remote (UK/Ireland/Germany).

Technologies You’ll Use

• Marketo, Google Docs, Slack, Height, Outreach,
• Salesforce, Coupa, Looker, Google Ads/ Analytics, Sprout Social, Canva

What You’ll Do

• Work with vendors on sourcing and procurement
• Source and order swag (fun ways to express our brand!)
• Work closely with the brand/design team on asset fulfillment and management
• Manage event logistics including liaising with conference organisers to support conference sponsorships and stand builds
• Create copy for event email, social and other promotional copy
• Liaise with sales and business development and providing them with tools for event follow up
• Execute digital and direct marketing campaigns; support our digital agency with ad content, landing pages, assets
• Partner closely with sales and business development teams on enablement of messaging for marketing campaign promotion and follow up
• Assist manager with budget management and tracking of goal attainment

Skills We’re Looking For

• Two years + experience in a marketing or event role
• Some experience with digital marketing
• Detail-oriented
• Highly organised
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English + one other European language (German or French)

Bonus Skills​

• Experience working with one or more of the following tools: Marketo or similar Marketing Automation tool, webinar tools (Gotowebinar, Zoom etc), project management (e.g. Asana, Trello, Height), familiarity with Google or Microsoft suite
