At Five Star Bath Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. As a Call Confirmer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by confirming appointments, managing the calendar, and providing top-notch support.
What You'll Do:
Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Reach out to prospective customers for design consultation opportunities with our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-driven & motivated
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Buda, Texas.
