Your Title: Funding Team Lead

You Report To:Associate Manager, Funding

Your Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6pm EST

Your compensation: $54,038 plus bonus!

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

· Serve as a subject matter expert in Funding CMS.

· Lead team production, utilizing expertise and acquired skills to drive higher funding goals and facilitate team success.

· Be ready and available to assist the team in all aspects of funding including working live deals and performing audits.

· Enhance funder performance through innovative strategies and solutions.

· Identify opportunities to improve team DTF and DRR performance to achieve monthly funding objectives.

· Supervise team productivity on the floor while addressing funder queries and concerns.

· Facilitate overrides of funding rules within DL4 promptly.

· Cultivate and strengthen relationships with dealer partners through direct communication with finance managers and dealer personnel via phone, email, and dealer notes via DL4.

· Prioritize personal engagement with dealers by being available for escalated calls.

· Manage team member progression by assigning PIP (performance improvements plans) when necessary.

· Address individual team needs, including managing paid time off.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a funding role.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Must be well organized to keep records on employee performances that are easily accessible, especially for Mid-Year/End-of-Year reviews.
• Must be a Subject Matter Expert in all policies, procedures, and compliance-related topics.
• Impeccable compliance history with no major violations or any other major sanctions/suspensions.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills
• Strong leaderships skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage funders to ensure development within role.
